Swim Suits
To get started on a summer swim team, you'll need a few basics: a well-fitting swimsuit (like a jammer or one-piece), swim goggles, a towel, and a swim cap (optional but often recommended). A water bottle and sunscreen are also great to have at the pool.

If you're new to swimming you don't need to buy a new suit right away! Come to a few practices and talk to the coaches and other parents. Your swimmer can practice in a one-piece or swim trunks.
